Pre-lit:
I really enjoyed just having this cigar in my mouth this morning. Its a perfect little cigar to have while making coffee, and that’s just what I did. When it came time to sit down and cut it, it had a perfect cut with my scissors which gave a perfect draw prior to being lit.
1st:
Burn is perfect… very little spice. Tastes of sweetness. I was picking up on a coffee, late flavor. Beautiful aromas and very white ash. Later in the first, the flavors went to a cream that actually remind me of cream soda.
2nd:
Ashed midway through this section. I felt like this was the sweet spot, literally, of this cigar. It was oozing of flavors of cream and hints of chocolate.
3rd:
This was and continued to be a cool smoke. Beautiful, white colored ash. Very tasty with chocolate sticking around.
Conclusion:
I had never tried one of these smaller Padrons. I typically prefer larger cigars, however, if ever you don’t have time for a larger cigar, this one is perfect. I think the fact that mine had aged for two years helped the spice wear off better. But, I loved it. I’m gonna get some more of these and at this price you can’t go wrong!
